Using this website

This website is provided by Gordon's Home & Garden for information about the services offered. The content, photographs and text belong to Gordon's Home & Garden and may not be copied or reused without permission. We keep the site as accurate as we can, but details such as availability and pricing guidance can change.

Quotes

Quotes are free and given with no obligation. A quote is based on the work discussed and seen at the time and is valid for 30 days. If the scope changes, or something unexpected turns up once work starts, we will talk it through and agree any change with you before continuing.

Bookings and payment

Work is booked in once you accept a quote. Materials may be invoiced before the job begins on larger projects. Payment terms are set out on your quote or invoice.

Cancellations

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or move a booking. Where you have agreed a quote away from our business premises, you have a statutory 14 day cancellation period unless you ask us to start sooner.

Workmanship

Work is carried out with reasonable care and skill. Materials supplied are covered by the manufacturer's own guarantee. Timber, plants and other natural materials will weather and move over time, which is normal and not a defect. Tell us promptly about any issue with the work so we can put it right.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
